Family walks through the wild places on and around Lopez Island provide inspiration for the imagery, color and style of Kristin's designs. Before moving to Lopez Island, Kristin practiced oil, watercolor and traditional Japanese painting in Connecticut and Japan. Through her business Woodsia, Kristin in delighted to bring together her love of sewing and textiles, printmaking and mixing color, botany and graphic design.
